Stairlift question

I have noticed that Acorn Stairlifts have been advertising recently on ITV3. The ad shows the image of a relatively complicated curved stairlift with a 180degree start, rising two steps and then turning 90 degrees to the main section of the stairs.
When my parents bought a stairlift several years ago this type of curved track took several days to produce. The Acord Ad refers to next day delivery.
Can someone who has purchased a stairlift recently advise me. Are curved tracks now possible on a next day delivery?

My mum had one of these installed last year, think it was done within a week of ordering.
One word of warning though: Acorn's service plans are very expensive especially after the first year's warranty has expired. I've been shopping around recently to find a cheaper alternative but most companies I talked to won't touch Acorn stairlifts because they don't allow anyone else to use their parts, and others won't service the curved versions.
Also corn's 'same day' service promise only applies of the stairlift had stopped working completely. Mum's has started running very slowly and she's panicking because her only loo is upstairs but they've only given a her a 5 day callout.

Thanks. It does seem that the technology has improved for curved tracks. Clearly they make claims for rapid delivery, I was just wondering if they deliver next day on a curved track as a matter of fact rather than an advertising claim.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment.
