Are migraines a disability?

When i get a migraine, some toast and a cup of sweet tea and a dark room with some background noise. A silent room just makes the pounding of the blood pumping or my heartbeat seem worse.

I need some background noise.

If i feel even a tiny bit of a headache i get the toast and a cup of sweet tea and take 3 paracetamol. Doctor said naughty and i didnt tell him that. But it works if i get it early enough.

When i was younger and started dating my now wife, she used to make be a cup of cocoa or hot chocolate each night. I had a niggling headaches for many weeks. It just wouldnt go away.

Stopped drinking the chocolate/cocoa and it went away.

I dont drink wine and rarely any alcohol.

For some odd reason i have suddenly become allergic to dogs though, brought up with them and always had dogs as a kid.

For those who have tannins ie chocolate, wibe, coffee etc. Can you have white chocolate or milk chocolate? If you can then its because the milk binds itself to the tannins and creates a whole new compound that we can handle. Shame you can't really mix wine with milk, though I have never tried, who knows, might be awesome
