Trustnet Portfolio Problems

Has anyone experienced problems with their Trustnet portfolio today? I have been using this facility successfully for some time but when I logged on today they were all messed up. For example, in one portfolio 12 Investment Trusts and one Unit Trust have simply "vanished". Disappointing, to say the least.

Just logged in and checked mine, they seem to be there ok and working as usual. Is it still not working for you?
I know how frustrating this can be, I have a similar problem with Morningstar portfolios where occasionally when I click on the 'Portfolios' link to view my portfolio I'm automatically redirected to the 'Create Portfolio' page and no matter what I do I can't access the portfolios.
I managed to sort the problem out by deleting my cookies for the morningstar site, restarting the browser, logging back into morningstar and then viewing the portfolio worked ok. Might be worth trying this with trustnet if it's still acting up.0 -
It seems to be just me then! Unfortunately it seems to be permanent. I tried deleting the cookies for trustnet (both .co.uk and .com varieties) but no luck. It's a bit weird because it's such a selective hit - on one of the four portfolios all of the F&C ITs have gone but all of the JPMorgan ITs are intact
While I've tried other sites for portfolio planning I liked Trustnet's because it could handle all asset classes. It was a lot of work setting them up and keeping them updated but fortunately I have recent printouts that I think I'll stick to for a while.0 -

It amazes me that any of these online portfolio tools work at all given the kind of calculations they have to do. What I've noticed so far is that eventually within a few days, if a tool doesn't work in some way, it'll usually come back working fine. If it doesn't then I contact their support services about it and they usually fix it (or actually what i think happens is it just *happens* to star working again anyway hehe - again there's so many factors involved in making these tools work that the mind boggles).
I was just about to start another thread on this asking for comments on what other portfolio tools there are out there online - just wondering if there's any I missed.

Update - I tried adding the missing ITs and they are not in the list! I even tried reregistering for a new portfolio using a different name and e-mail and the ITs still cannot be added.
Would someone kindly check to see if they can add e.g. Aberdeen New Dawn IT - if you can I'm giving up and going home!0 -

Sorry can't help further.0 -
I'm not registered with Trustnet and still can't see most of the Aberdeen trusts or BTEM. The conventional IT database lists 227 when it should be in the 270s.
It seems to be a problem with the Trustnet database not the portfolio tool."The state is the great fiction by which everybody seeks to live at the expense of everybody else." -- Frederic Bastiat, 1848.0 -
Thanks guys, I'll check tomorrow to see if it's working properly again.0
