Ticketmaster refund?

Just a quick question: i purchased tickets for an event this morning from ticketmaster.co.uk and, long story short, am now stuck with one spare ticket.
Can i cancel the order and get a refund? Having had a quick look online it seems ticketmaster.co.uk don't issue refunds (yet ticketmaster.com do?!) Surely there should be some 'cooling off period' or something...
Is it even worth ringing them or do i need to look at selling the ticket on through other means?
Thanks.

no cooling off period applies. Contract is formed when you receive a confirmation
info on their website in the top 10 questions about cancelling tickets so no need to call

From those FAQs that Caz mentioned:Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets?
We can't offer any exchanges or refunds unless your event has been cancelled, however if you can’t make it to your event you may be able to list your tickets on our Ticketmaster Resale site – click here to find out how!
Please note: before buying tickets it's really important to double check all the event details and make sure you're 100% happy before going ahead, take a look at our purchase policy for more information.
It is perhaps worth noting that not all the stuff written in T&Cs, or elsewhere on a seller's website, is always enforcible.
But in this particular case, as they are tickets for an leisure event on a specific date, then Regulation 28 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 effectively removes any cooling off period.0 -

Thanks, i suspected this would be the case but thought i'd ask anyway. Will probably end up listing it on eBay and hopefully recoup what i paid.0
