.co.uk domain renewals

Hi MSE form,

I want to know what people are paying for .co.uk domain renewals - I own a few different .co.uk domains and want to find out if the price i'm paying to renew these each year (or every two) is over the top?

Currently i'm with Fasthosts and pay £4.99 per year, per domain renewal cost

£10.80 including domain, hosting, unlimited emails, Google voucher for seo, 15GB storgae, PHP, MSQL databse, wordpress installation (1 click), blog, etc
Alot of other stuff.
Which I believe most other companies charge as an add on.

PROS
- you can switch off the auto renewal.
- excellent degree of control

CONS
- leave plenty of time if you're moving the domain away. They leave you in limboland for up to a week as punishment.
- domain names only, don't know anything about their hosting

I use domainmonster because they offer a free privacy service (cuts down on the spam).

For .co.uk they charge £6.70 for two years (if my maths is right, their website doesn't show VAT on the private list)
