BritFilms is always keen to see our favourite screen horror nemesis the zombie, going about its usual modus operandi of terrorising the living with their ponderous walk, incessant moaning and bloodthirsty ways. We’re doubly happy when the production in question is a British one, which brings us with outstretched arms and stumbling gait to brand new UK horror film ‘The Zombie Diaries’.
Described by various sources as “The best UK horror film of the year” “Dark, uncompromising and frighteningly real” and “A bloody powerhouse of a horror film”.
The Zombie Diaries’ is a truly realistic and terrifying documentary-style horror, which is both cleverly thought provoking and shockingly gory. Released on 27 August 2007, the DVD retails at £12.99.
