Efficient Energy Switch
Applied to Switch to Eon via MSE CEC, on 15 Sept, transferred without a hitch, after e-mails keeping me informed of progress from Eon. Only had to telephone them once with an enquiry which was answered next day.
First bill received to-day, very detailed and more importantly correct, and clear. Also just received MSE switching bonus.
All told I have saved approx. £150 from my last tariff. So one happy and successful MSE viewer.
Mind you anything would be an improvement over dealings with my last supplier Co- op Energy, who true to form have not yet sent my final bill.
