Rock law and ARB

In a moment of weakness, almost a year ago, I signed up with Rock law to recover PPI, even though I knew I was not owed any. Paid them £490 for the privilege. Numerous calls with ARB brought no progress. Today I spoke to ARB and was informed that Rock Law went into administration on October 16th.
Anyone know who to contact with regards to a futile attempt to get my money back.

I did the same thing!! I would be grateful of any information about reclaiming my £495.

You need to go the the Legal Ombudsman.

There is no need to wait for a response from Rock Law as these is in respect of complaints to other CMCs.

Somehow I don't think that fine will be used to repay our £495's
