Guys please post this as a new post as I am new to this site and have no idea how to start a new thread.
Long story short
Open my bank account on my phone app this morning to discover £36.00 pounds had been take from my account by westcot Number one (as appeared on bank statement) the trouble is I have never heard of them nor have I had any letters and or contav=ct with them ever. How have these people accessed my account ? I centainly have never given my account details to what now transpires as a debt recovery firm ?
there is no reference just that they have taken the money and I have no idea what it relates to or what debt.
Can my place of work give out my bank details to a debt company ? Its the only thing I can think of
Anyone enlighten me please ? Please pin to the relevant thread Im a forum newbie
