Credit Report Confusion

I've just got my checkmyfile credit report and I'm super confused both of my Satsuma loans listed as provident list late payments - but not default and show the accounts as closed and settled with a balance of zero.

I've never made a payment on these. Does this mean it will stay on my report but I don't have to pay? Sorry if that's a stupid question.

Also Quidie shows the same closed on a balance of zero for Call Credit but it's open defaulted with a balance of £200 on Equifax.

When I had my IVA a couple of firms done the same, I think for the amounts concerned they write them off quite quickly.

If you've gone or bankruptcy\iva\dro you can ask them to update the status and correct dates. If not perhaps best let sleeping digs lie until you can settle
