Hi, I'm not sure if the loan co has actually assigned Ppi as it's contradictory - I've taken pics (with no personal details) but not sure how to post them for some kind soul to take a look and advise?
Ppi box unticked, one area says no need for Ppi and under recommendations says I said I'd be happy to know repayments were made?

You can upload them to free sites like imageshack, tumblr etc then make a link in the form h t t p
/ (need to do this as a new user as you can't post proper links)
However, if the box is unticked and says no need for it, seems fairly likely you didn't have it, sounds more like you were told what PPI was but elected not to take itSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Like Nasqueron says, if you can upload the paperwork we can advise more clearly on this.0
