    alter the bullet points to match the sections ;)

    and you need a section on NO CONTRACT between landowner and PE

    IE:- NO LOCUS STANDII

    Unfortunately NtK arrived within the prescribed time. But it was worth checking.

    I have now addressed your comments in my last post #9. Is there anything else i need to consider for my POPLA appeal?

    given yesterdays ruling, your appeal seems ok to me

    wait for other comments if you have the time to do so (dont miss the popla deadline)
