Hi hope someone can give me some advice I have had a terrible morning my partners car got drove into the back of at some traffic lights and my poor young daughter is in pain on her neck and back. We took her to the doctors who say she has soft tissue damage. There is a bit of damage to the rear of the car but our car held out quite well. As you can imagine as a parent I'm angry and upset could someone please advise me how to go about claiming my car has small damage but my poor girl is in pain. The driver left us his name and business card which we have found is him not a fake.
Many thanks in advance

You can instruct an accident management company who will deal with your repairs and provide a personal injury solicitor to deal with your injury compensation.
You have plenty of time to resolve the injury compensation (you have 3 years to pursue a claim and your daughter has until she reaches 21)
If your anger remains then consider some sort of anger management help0
