what to do I have not received my prize yet

I won a prize(a pair of boots) from a magazine daily in early august. After 28 days, I contacted them that I have not received my prize and they got back to me asking my shoe size. After that another month passed and I did not receive my prize. Then I contacted them again and told them that I am moving to new address, so could they send my new address to the prize sponsor. They agreed and confirmed the show size again. Another 20 days have passed now and I have not received my prize yet. My name is though showing in the winners list on their website. Whom to complain now?
