When can I switch without paying exit fee?
Hi.
I joined ExtraEnergy on October 21st 2014 (i.e. I received my welcome letter and agreement to supply my fuel).
However the switch didn't complete for another 5 weeks or so and the switch was actually complete on November 25th 2014 (the day they started supplying my fuel).
I am now looking to switch again but don't want to pay an exit fee,but I can't figure out which date I need to use when calculating my 12 month fixed period.
i.e. Can i switch now? Or should I wait till 25th November?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Your 12m term started the day you switched, not the day you applied to switch. No free lunch, and no free laptop
