CLIVEDEN HOUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. There is one (1) prize of a three night stay at Cliveden House being offered for two (2) people, one of whom must be aged 18 or over.
2. The prize offered includes the following: Three (3) nights’ accommodation sharing a Deluxe double room, daily breakfast and evening meal provided, a Parisian top to toe therapy, £500 spending money and, only on bookings between 1 April and 30 September 2016, a two hour vintage launch hire on-board the Belmont with afternoon tea picnic (subject to weather conditions and availability).
3. The prize must be taken by 15th December 2016 excluding 24th March to 10th April and all bank holidays. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.
4. Booking is subject to availability.
5. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
6. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
7. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
8. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
9. Transport to and from Cliveden House is the responsibility of the prize winner.
