Can I install an additional hard drive?

Hi, I need to install another hard drive into my PC (Acer L100) for backup, but the problem is, i don't know if my motherboard will support it.

    SATA Connectors x 4
    As long as you've got space and the power......

    Also has 2 IDE drive connectors.

    i've currently got the dvd-rw drive and a 160gb i think sata drive installed, does the dvd-rw drive use a sata connecter or ide?
