British Gas loft insulation - would they survey a 2nd time?
We had British Gas survey our attic space a year or so ago for their free insulation deal; a quick look and they deemed our current adequate.
Since then, we've had rodents entering the attic and chewing/fouling the existing insulation. So, if we were to remove the lot, could we ask BG to survey again?
I've had a look at the Ts and Cs, and can't see anything to the contrary.
