HSBC insurance aspects fee

I have only just noticed (my fault I should check internet statements more thoroughly) but HSBC are taking £9.95 per month for insurance aspects fee. I never asked for this. Will I be entitled to claim this back?

Depends on how comfortable you are on the phone or writing a letter. Either method is fine and will be dealt with by the same complaints team.
