Switch one current account, keep other with same provider?

I have two bank accounts with Santander. One of them I have opened as a donor account to get a switching bonus with another provider.
I just want to check - using the current account switching service will only close the specific account I initiate the switch on, it won't have any effect on my other current account with the same provider, correct?
Thanks!
