Terms & Conditions:

1. The competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
2. The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Absolute Brighton Magazine and Absolute Brighton TV, the Barbados Tourism Authority (BTA), related companies, their families and agents.
3. Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5. No responsibility is taken for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the Entry is not proof of receipt.
6. The closing date is December 2007. The winners will be picked at random and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize is i) economy flights for two people to Barbados (including taxes, fees and charges) from London Gatwick airport (both seats must be taken on the same outbound and inbound flights); ii) seven nights accommodation in a double or twin room (on a room only basis) at a hotel in Barbados nominated by the Barbados Tourism Authority; iii) on island transfers to and from the hotel and Barbados airport.
8. The prize must be taken in either September or October 2008.
9. The winner will be notified by phone or email by 28th Feb 2008.
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Absolute Brighton and the BTA accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize, including, without limitation, costs of UK transfers, visas, meals and other expenses and insurance.
11. The winner may be required for promotional activity.
12. Details of the winner will be posted on the website 1st March 2008. 13. No purchase necessary.
14. Absolute Brighton TV and the BTA accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. Absolute Brighton and the BTA further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
