Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:

By entering the prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
Promotion open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Wembley National Stadium Ltd (WNSL), the Promoter, their agents and affiliated companies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
It is a condition of entry and of inclusion in the draw when made, and by entering you accept, that your details will be used by the Promoter, its associated companies in the npower group and Wembley National Stadium Limited (WNSL) to keep you informed about their products, services and offers. You accept that such contact may be by post, email and telephone, and that your details may be passed to those parties and their agents for that purpose.
No purchase is necessary for entry to the draw.
To enter the draw, complete and submit the online entry form on www.road2wembley.com. The Promoter reserves the right to introduce and permit alternative means of entry before the closing date.
Any entrant who is entering as a result of receipt of promotional material relating to the draw by his/her employer or who has received such promotional material as a result of his/her role undertaken for his/her employer, must have his/her employer's permission to enter the draw.
The Promoter has the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries or any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Proof of sending an entry via email or any other permitted means of entry is not proof of receipt.
There is only one entry permitted per household.
Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are damaged, lost or not received by the Promoter.
Closing date for the promotion is midnight 31/12/07.
The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person within seven days after the closing date.
The winner will be notified in writing by 31/01/08.
The prize is a pair of Club Wembley Ten Year Seat Licences in Club West Three.
The prize licences are issued by Wembley National Stadium Limited (WNSL), (company number 3388437) of 11th Floor, York House, Empire Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0WS and are subject to WNSL's standard terms and conditions for licences of Club Wembley Seats (save as to price) from time to time and the Promoter accepts no responsibility in connection with such licences. It is a condition of entry that the winner will have to accept and sign a Club Wembley seat licence as issued by WNSL in order to receive the prize.
There is no prize or cash alternative.
For the name and county of the winner send a SAE marked 'Winner' to npower Wembley Stadium Promotion, npower, Oak House, 1 Bridgwater Rd, Worcester WR4 9FP. Details will be available from 01/02/08 for a period of 28 days.
It is a condition of entry that the winner co-operates fully for publicity purposes if so required.
The Promoter's decision is final.

If you go to that post, then follow its link, then view the terms and conditions it now agrees with the original post in this thread. I would say these are the same competition.
