    firstly im so sorry to hear about your mum :( and this is making it so much harder for you. shelter is a good place to start and also NACRO. They help people retain tennancies and maybe they could give you some helpful infomation as well? They used to just deal with ex offenders but now work with families too :) they were REALLY helpful when the council messed up our tennacy. the website addy for them is http://www.nacro.org.uk/ . i hope everything goes ok for you. love to you and your family at this difficult time xxxMM xxxx
