Energy Ombudsman -Fails Consumers Eon

I have raised a valid complaint with eon / eos, inregards to the failing of eon.
The first been the supply address- eon been the first supplier register these from plot numbers. Eos say not...suppose the don't know the DNO/mops process.
Secondly they willingly set my dd lower than standing charge, which goes against their own license conditions....why does eos not twig on this either.
Thirdly, eon have fudged my readings, as my smart meter failed they claim that they had reads when a blank digital meter was removed when I was there. Which is also impossible, to run salt into the wound they are trying to bill for £300 for gas I have not used, the house does not have much gas as its brand new and well insulated and is 90% electric.... This goes against section 2b of the gas act, as the meter is not correctly recording the usage.
Both these companies need to be shaken up.
I used to be a revenue protection officer for a big supplier, and would also attend court for gas and electricity theft and what this company is doing is going against all things to the point you steal gas or electricity this organisation will help you more!

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
