Bnq are about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard and when they told me it isnt their issue and tried to fob me off back to rangemaster I nearly blew a gasket. I did go to bnq for help on the 3rd. I only wanted them to help me find a repairer. I didnt expect anything more.
Was it something along the lines of
OP: I need you to help me find a rangemaster repairer
BQ: You will need to contact ragemaster direct for that information
If so, thats not fobbing off - Thats pointing you in the best direction.0
