Redundancy PILON

Hi
my partner has been made redundant with 10 years service. His company have gone into administration. When he left he was informed he would receive PILON in addition to redundancy payment. As he has been employed for 10 years I understand his PILON will be 10 weeks pay.
If he finds new employment within the next 10 weeks will he loose the 10 weeks PILON payment?
Thank you

No, the PILON is a contractual right and if his employment has now been formally terminated then he is entitled to it whatever. Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............0

The insolvency service have advised that PILON is not paid until the end of the notice period and is affected by earned income or unearned income (benefits) received during that period!0
