4. The grand prize is for1 winner and a plus one, and includes:

- A 7 night stay at Beaver Run Resort
- 2x 3 day lift pass
- Dinner for 2 at Spencer’s Restaurant
- Flight vouchers for 2 people in the amount of $1,100. This is based on a per person rate to fly from London to Denver on British Airways.
- Shuttle for 2 from Denver International Airport to Breckenridge, CO.
- £500 voucher worth of goods from Berghaus.com. Subject to stock availability online.

5. Travel restrictions apply; travel is based on availability and travel is unavailable during the following time periods: 26th December – 1st January, 15th – 17th January 2016, 21st – 27th January 2016, 11th – 15th February 2016, 12th – 19th March 2016. Prize is valid December 2015 - April 2016, November 2016 – 25th December 2016 (redeemable only during the winter ski season).

6. Consolation prize:
- 30% off your stay of 7 nights or more at Beaver Run Resorts. Travel is unavailable during the following time periods: 26th December – 1st January, 15th – 17th January 2016, 21st – 27th January 2016, 11th – 15th February 2016, 12th – 19th March 2016. Prize valid December 2015 - April 2016, November 2016 – 25th December 2016 (redeemable only during the winter ski season). Travel is based on availability.

7. The winner is responsible for any travel expenses and any payment over and above the prize as outlined without exception.

8. The winner will be chosen at random from all those who entered the prize draw and will be notified by email by the organisers within 14 days of the prize draw closing date.

9. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Users may gain one extra entry by ticking the box to receive further communications from Breckenridge Tourism in the entry form provided.

10. Breckenridge Tourism administrator’s decision is final.

11. As part of the prize draw promotion, winners may be required to participate in media relations activities, which may include a quote/review of your prize pack and photo session. We ask that the winner “document” their trip from the UK to Breckenridge and time in Breckenridge using hashtag #BreckBecause. Breckenridge Tourism would like to share the winner’s photos.
