Full and final settlement

I recently agreed with my bank a full and final settlement for long term debt , i paid the agreed amount and now i have been sent a letter informing me that i am due returned interest due to an error, the bank has taken this money now in addition to my full and final settlement , can i get this money back ? or at least have my full and final settlement figure reduced as it included interest that was wrongly charged? as my full and final settlement was based on a percentage out the outstanding debt which would be an inflated figure as the "wrong" interest was included?

I suspect the settlement offer would let them do this, in which case there's nothing due to you.💙💛 💔0

can they have the rest of the capital you borrowed back as well?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

What sort of amount are we talking about here? Is it a SIGNIFICANT amount? Are we talking about £100's or pennies?0

Sounds as if the interest be refunded in due course. So what's your problem?0
