I can't see any T&Cs but only received the comp in my email newsletter today so it's brand new

1. The Landmark London will provide one two-night stay in one of their beautiful Superior rooms with a Queen-Size bed, inclusive of full English breakfast each morning for two adults. (Kindly note that the Superior room can accommodate up to two adults only)
2. The prize is valid from 1st November 2015 until 30th April 2016 inclusive (6 months).
3. The redemption of the prize is subject to availability.
4. In addition to this, The Landmark London has blackout dates for which no bookings can be claimed: Thursday 31st December 2015, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th February 2016
5. To redeem the prize, the winner will be asked to contact the Marketing team at social@caferouge.co.uk to check availability and arrange booking of the prize
6. One prize winner only
7. Prize includes; 2 return economy train tickets to London and 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 people at The Landmark Hotel in London. Transfer costs to London from winner’s home location to the value of £200.
8. Transfers in London, meals outside of hotel breakfast and Cafe Rouge St Paul's dinner, any hotel charges beyond accommodation are the responsibility of the winners.
9. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
10. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
