Gmails not coming through to Iphone or Macbook

I seem to be having a problem getting my Gmails to my phone and MacBook. I upgraded to a 6s on Friday and updated the software on saturday. Since then I dont seem to be getting an emails through. However I have a talktalk and aol email accounts that come through my gmail and they are arriving. Any ideas??

Check your emails at www.gmail.com If there is email there which you're not getting using your app (default Apple mail app?) then re-enter the mail account details.

EDIT: OR you've encountered Gmails more secure authentication. You specifically need to DISABLE secure authentication for devices that don't let mail through.
