We've had breakdown cover from Aviva for the last 2 years, at a considerable saving compared to the 'big boys', without using it.
Until last Saturday afternoon, that is, when Mrs ND managed to lock the keys in her car boot.
One phone call, 20 mins later a guy arrived and in less than an hour from her closing the boot she had her keys back again.
