Very/little woods order processing

I recently set up a very credit account and got a credit limit of £300. I purchased a order on there worth £291 on Saturday. It is now Monday and it is still saying order processing... Am I going to get rejected? What should I do ?

Ring them, they carry out extra checks on new accounts that spend to he limit or order single high value items like laptops or games consoles. It doesn't mean you won't get it but they may want to carry out a couple of extra checks, being able to talk to you may mean they can authorise it straight away.

I had an account with Very that I used for a few months for small bits then ordered a laptop that was on offer, I had the same situation as you but when I called they just confirmed some things with me, apologised for the delay and I got it next day.

I went through the same when my first purchase on Very was a £500 laptop ordered on a Saturday.

After a few basic checks on the phone the order was processed and dispatched on the Monday (the department who do these checks apparently don't work at the weekends).

This happened to me too, with both my littlewoods and very account, I called them up and answered some questions they had and then the order was released to me without any problems and haven't had any since.
