Should I dispute transaction Domino Pizza?

Hello,

two days ago I went to a local Domino Pizza place to order a pizza. After looking at their menu, I picked a pizza, gave my CC, signed a receipt.

The total price was supposed to be $20, in fact I was charged $28. I guess even the receipt could have said "28" but I didn't take my glasses so I am not 100% sure what I signed (but sure the menu said $20 tax included)

Anyways, after arriving home the pizza was not exactly what I wanted and it was poor. When I tried to call to complain they wouldn't even listen to me.

I have this strong feeling like being tricked and taken advantage of. So I have a strong temptation to just call my CC company and dispute the transaction. Do I have a case?

No. You'll pay an investigation charge to the bank and they'll find the signed slip with the amount you were charged on it and they won't refund the purchase price or the investigation fee. You need to take this up with the franchisee.

The goods and services you ordered were delivered to you and you consumed the pizza. If you return the pizza with one or two bites out of it Domino's will refund. They won't refund if you eaten it all.

I don't think that banks charge anything for chargeback requests, but I agree that the OP doesn't have any case for a chargeback.

Was this a transaction in the US on a US card?

Custom and practice (eg on charging fees for investigating) might be different there....

I wouldn't bother. Most US banks will charge for a lost dispute and you have next to no chance of winning.

There are no possible grounds for chargeback here. It was a cardholder present transaction and you signed the receipt although reading your op it appears that you did not keep it and no longer have it. The amount is not disproportionate to the reasonable cost.
I am assuming here that you purchased some sort of set menu or special offer priced at $20 tax included. Could you have possibly ordered any extra toppings. sides or, upgraded to large etc?
It is quite unusual that the restaurant would not listen to you when you phoned to complain if your complaint was reasonable and specific.
