Hi all,
My wife bought a LG joy phone from our network provider about 2 months ago and shes started to have a few problem (phone calls being made when the screen lock is on, apps opening at will) so she contacted our network provider who said that because its past the first initial 15 days, all they could offer was to try to repair it or advised us to do a factory reset.
We did ask that because the phone wasnt fit for purpose in our opinion whether we could change the phone for a different one and pay any additional costs if it was more expensive, to which we were told no.
What can people advise that we do
Kind regards Mark
