Post Office Platinum - criteria

Hello
Looking at getting a Post Office Platinum for holiday as it is 0% on use abroad and would reduce the amount of cash I would need to carry.
The MSE calculator only gives me a 30% chance of approval. I can't find any eligibility criteria for this card online - does anyone know if these are documented anywhere? (like Barclaycard do)
Thanks
Ben
