flexdirect single n joint accounts: interest

Should each flexdirect account with Nationwide get 5% interest? I have single and joint account, so are both eligible for 5%? Not received any interest in joint despite there being £2500 in there for two weeks.

Did you fund the £2.5K externally, or from another Nationwide account?0

Internally from single account..is that the reason no interest then? Damn missed that oh well, should have realised0

It pays to read at least the main information in bold, not to mention the full T&C.
>> FlexDirect
This is right under "5% interest for the first 12 months" at the top.You must pay in £1,000 per month (excluding internal transfers) to get this rate.
Then repeated a few lines below in the left tab.
Then repeated again (in bold red) in the middle tab.
Very hard to 'miss' even if you just look briefly.0
