Section 75 - Question about Buyer-Seller Link

I would appreciate any Forum user experience - has anyone successfully used Section 75 in connection with a qualifying (i.e. £100 plus) ticket purchase on Viagogo or Getmein ?

I am unclear whether such ticket purchases are regarded as directly with those sites or not.

I have not yet made a purchase, but am anxious about the possibility for fraud if the vendor chooses to sell an eticket more than once.

"world’s largest ticket marketplace" that ensures "that sellers deliver" and guarantees that buyers "receive valid tickets" is certainly not covered by s75.

"For the avoidance of doubt, tickets are not listed and sold by GET ME IN!, they are listed and sold by third parties and your contract for the purchase of a ticket listed on the Website is made with the third party that has listed the ticket for sale. GET ME IN! does not itself sell tickets, it provides a marketplace "

That said, chargeback might be possible.
