Condensing tumble dryer

Hope someone can help please.
I have just taken delivery of a new candy grand o vita condensing tumble dryer and turned it on for the first time. I thought the whole point of a condensing one is so you didn't need a vent and to avoid steamed up windows.
I'm now having to open my windows which are dripping in water.
I have spoken to a couple of friends with a different brand condenser and theirs don't do it.
Is this normal as I've phones candy and they say it is.

Doesn't sound normal, my last tw haven't done it.
My current one has an option to plumb the condenser tank in, does yours? If so check all the drains etc are plugged. Also worth checking the tank is properly in and none of the seals are deformed.0 -
Whats the make and model number on the dryer not on the paperwork?0

We once had a Creda condenser dryer which didn't work from day one. Took it back and paid the extra few quid for a Bosch which worked fine for years.
There should be no sign of any steam.0 -
Is the room very cold?0

according the the number its is a condenser.I found the manual online and it states.
Do not install the product in a low temperature room or
in a room where there is a risk of frost occurring. At
temperature around freezing point the product may not be
able to operate properly: there is a risk of damage if the
water is allowed to freeze in the hydraulic circuit (valves,
hoses, pumps). For a better product performance the
ambient room temperature must be between +2°C and
+35°C. Please note that operating in cold condition
(between +2 and +15°C) might simply some water
condensation and water drops on floor.
Maybe the room is to cold.0 -
I have a vented AEG drier from my last house that fitted into a hole made in the wall to fit the vent to.
When we moved here I started using the drier where we placed it under the work surface next to the washing machine with no hole in the wall. When we use it I can feel the warm moist air around the machine but no condensation on the double glazed window or anywhere else in the house so I have decided not to make a hole in the wall and when the drier fails I had considered getting a condensing one but this post is making me think again.0 -

Our Bosch one packed up a week after the year's warranty ran out and Bosch want to charge twenty quid less than the cost of a new one to fix it.
Not impressed at all.0 -
Ok, that's probably why then as the room is less than 18.
We are moving house in December and the new one doesn't have a vent so hopefully it will be better.TopCashback £1792.63My Little World0 -

Not impressed at all.
Sale of goods act. Product didn't last a reasonable length of time.0
