Thanks for this, just booked for Christmas Eve! We went up last year to Selfridges which was also free, lovely proper grotto and a small gift, and we were allowed to take our own photos of Santa with the children. So much better than the grotty grottos they have locally that they charge a fortune for!
Thanks again.0 -
Does anyone have the link for the booking system? I have tried going throught the link in the OP but end up with "server cannot be found". 'Tis very frustrating as my littlies would love to go . . .

Thank you so much I have never been to take the kids to see Santa before we all can't wait. I've even invited some other friends along. :j0

You have to have tickets now?!
I took my neice and nephew (2&1) last year, we got there at 11am was given a ticket to come back at 2pm. Then at 2pm we queued for an hour, then the kids were given lollies and harrods bear bicuits and the adults were given bottles of water (all free). After another hour could see the grottos half hour after that we spent 10mins trying to get the kids to get up. They both got a harrods book and a badge, we bought the pic even though both kids were screaming blue murder!!!
Even after all that, i still think it was worth it. :rotfl:0
