if you look at the figures, it shows that they have actually closed arounf 200 more complaints than they have opened, how is that possible? So are their figures even coreeect?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

It is because it is a date range
easier to imagine if you say there are something like 1000 open complaints in the system at the start of the period
so, in the period there are 1,000 in the system + 5,382 new complaints
during that period we could say they close 5,539, which could be 1,000 that were in the system + 4,539 of the ones opened in the same period.
There is likely to be a number of complaints that are not opened + dealt with + closed within the same 8 week period0 -
Op You set off on a journey without adequate fuel, no money and according to your review no way to pay for any fuel. The recovery guy towed you to the petrol station and it seems he must of paid using his company credit card...You have accused them of incompetence if it was me I would be placing the blame on my own doorstep....Imo a totally unfair bad review.....0

Also not being insured the carry fuel could well be accurate. Your comment about 'uh what's powering his vehicle then!?' Is ridiculous. Having it in your petrol tank is worlds away from having it sloshing around in a can in your car.
Surprise surprise, OP being unreasonable0 -
Are you saying you ran out of petrol ( but probably didn't specify this when you rang..) You were informed you could pay by card for parts etc , But they wouldn't take payment for petrol by card there and then? And they made you wait as you weren't a priority?0

1.5 hours? and you want to write a bad review?
Write it on any review site you like...but really 1.5 hours is not exactly a delay.0
