Garage help
My brother has just purchased his first car.
When he viewed the car it had some damage to the paint work, the garage said that it would be repaired . a downpayment was made .
When the car was delivred to him for full purchase I took the garages word that the paint had been repaired, but after payment was made I realised that some of the paintwork had been repaired but not all of it. Does he have any legal rights as the garage has not repaired the paintwork that they agreed to.

You're both unlucky with cars and given your split personality, I doubt this is true.I purchased a 2008 Suzuki swift last august 2014. I have recently noticed problems with it. The main problem is the gears not working properly. When I select 1st gear it goes into 3rd gear instead.
What I am wondering is do I have any rights to get the garage to repair it or is it completely up to be to bear the cost?My brother has just purchased his first car.

Having bought the car in August 2014, I think it will be ruled he's accepted it making rejection difficult.0
