I live in the Philippines and my internet here is too slow for me to use Skype to phone Plusnet support. My family in the UK have moved house and I want to transfer phone and fibre bb to the new place. My wife in the UK phoned them but they said they must speak to the account holder only or to write to them. All their support pages give a phone number but no snail mail address. I know if I used a mobile to phone from here I'd be waiting for ages and any load/credit would evaporate quickly. I can't chat online either because it's unavailable. The time difference of UK being 8 hours behind is a problem too. What are my options?
TIA

They used to do an excellent 'message' system
Go on-line, post a message, wait for a reply in 1/2 days
They have now 'upgraded' this so that you can't use it any more
You must use 'Live Chat'
Have you tried that??0 -
Probably quickest to use twitter. They recently answered my queries within 20mins. https://twitter.com/plusnethelp0
