    This week my family of 5 will be eating:


    Beef, mushroom and greens stir fry
    Pork and parsnip cobbler
    Cheesy leek and potato pie
    Veggie fried rice
    Pepper risotto
    Risotto cakes and bacon
    Southern fried chicken burgers
    £1000 Emergency Fund #175 - £598/£1000
    PAYDBX 16 #134 - £2139.00/£6961.85

  • My meal plan is very chicken based this week, I'm glad aldi's super 6 is so good at the moment:

    Sat: Toad in the hole

    Sun: Sausage Pasta bake
    Pudding: apple and plum crumble

    Mon: Roast chicken with potatoes and winter veg

    Tue Chicken Curry with Rice

    Wed: Chicken and potato pie
    Pudding: Sponge cake with jam and custard

    Thurs: Chicken enchilladas

    Fri: Fish and Potato wedges
    Pudding: Scones

    Lunches are hm soup for me and leftovers for OH

    Tue sausage and mash n veg
    Wed pasta bake n garlic bread
    Thur meatballs and spaghetti
    Fri hm chicken dippers and chips
    Sat salmon new potato's and veg
    Sun roast brisket with sll the trimmings.

    Lunches are wraps or sarnies or rolls or hm soup.

    Brekkie is cereal and toast, porridge for Me.

    Snacks are fruits, halloween treats and I've just made a batch of choc chip fairy cakes...
