Happy Halloween everyone! I just checked my planner and realised I was looking at the wrong week. I've free lunch at work on Tuesday, and Friday off.

Plus I can't be bothered to go shopping, so I'm going to try and not spend any money this week.

Monday
Breakfast: Baked oats - 35g oats, 3 tbsp sweetener, 1 egg, 1/2 tub fat free yogurt, cinnamon, diced apple - bake as individual portions for 30ish minutes (and syn the fruit on slimming world). Microwave for 30 seconds before eating.
Lunch:LO Chilli
Dinner: Beef Stirfry - leftover diced beef, peppers, onion, canned bamboo shoots, noodles, ginger, garlic, soy

Tuesday - vegi
Breakfast: Baked oats
Lunch:Free Lunch Buffet
Dinner: Cauliflower Cheese Bake - Cauliflower, Pasta, Cheese, leek, eggs

Wednesday
Breakfast:Baked oats
Lunch:LO Chilli
Dinner: Salmon Bake - Salmon, Wedges, LO Cauliflower cheese

Thursday - Vegi
Breakfast: Baked oats
Lunch:Baked Potato - Potato, Beans, Cottage cheese
Dinner: Salmon Bake

Friday - leftover or cupboard day. Possibly a curry or frittata
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

I'm the same - start work at 7, so I always take something in a tub to eat at about 8/9 with a cup of tea.
