Rent Bournemouth Property

If you are letting a decent 2 bedroom property in Bournemouth (for a reasonable rent not more than £875 pcm) and it is available by 30th Nov, read on.
If your property is NOT in a block of flats with communal entry, we would consider it.
Phobia prevents such an apartment at present.
We would be your perfect tenants.
You can rent to us at no risk whatsoever.
We have never missed a rent payment in 31 years and got full deposit back from
all 5 of our homes.
We have excellent references, credit scores, and a guarantor, even savings.
Because we have debilitating illness we have to rely on the benefits system.
This is not a life choice but sadly now a necessity.
We would be supporting ourselves if we could.
Why not ask your letting AGENT to allow applicants like us?
Not everyone on benefits is irresponsible and if they have proof of being honest
why discriminate against them?
I know some mortgage companies won't allow this but some surely do.
There seems to be virtually no social housing available in Bournemouth and we do not
qualify anyway.
Hope the situation improves soon - for everyone in the same position!

Out of interest why do you have to stay in Bounemouth, there may be a greater chance if you looked at a wider market?0

Sadly, I have no properties in Bournemouth, but if I had, subject to the normal checks, you would be most welcome.I am a LandLord,(under review) so there!:p0

Would you consider Parkstone? This is in a block of flats but I don't know if it has communal entry. The owner advertised it for rent on our community Facebook page - it's a closed group so you'd have to join if you want to contact the owner direct.

True. We looked at one in Poole this morning but with our debilitating illnesses cannot travel too far - our mothers, friends and commitments are all in Bournemouth. Also traffic is particularly horrendous around here so have to allow a extra travelling time.0
