    The new regulations haven't improved much, really, if by any consolation for all the wrong reasons. It isn't the payday loans you have issue with, it's who regulates them to start with.

    I'm growing convinced of it.

    Did I waste my time mentioning before this is the wrong forum - you need CAG plenty of alleged evidence there on getting absolute thousands back I'm sure.
