Kitchen wall border tiles

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me find some border wall tiles for our new kitchen. We're having white Metro tiles on the wall (original, I know!) and we'd like to have the border tiles which have a raised, ornate, Victorian look. I'm not sure exactly what it's called, which is why it's been hard for me to search for them. They would be white also. They might be called Dado tiles, but I think this type go between tiles rather than topping them off. Any ideas welcome!
