Bad Pool Header Crashes Windows 10

Hi,
I am getting frequent crashes caused by Bad Pool Headers.


Never had this with W7. How do I cure?


Can I go back to W7 which was problem free?

Never heard of it myself but it seems to be a known issue with all versions of Windows, it looks like it can be a bit trial and error to resolve it, for example

Yes, as long as it's within a month of the upgrade to Win 10. Here's one of many results from a quick search.

I'd avoid following haven't a clue diagnostic blogs, unfortunately that's all you are likely to find on the internet. It's a software error, which software is anyone's guess;
