  • I seriously need to get myself back to this challenge so would love to rejoin please - we are about to start work on replacing our en suite and I need to get my stash down. Good to see there are still some familiar posters on the thread - I remember valm, maddiemay and seasidedreamer from before. And hello again to others

I already have some uu this month:
Decleor aroma cleanse cleanser 50ml really like this cleanser as you can really massage it in without it sinking in to my skin
Decleor toner 50ml lovely smell so wba, especially to match the cleanser
Benefit porefessional 7.5mini - nice enough but have other primers so not in a hurry to buy this. Leaves a nice smooth finish but not blown away
Virgin vie one step face base - TA as the colour wasn't right for me. You can tell how long it has been lurking in my stash as Virgin Vie ceased trading quite a few years ago

I will try to post a pp list for the rest of the month in the next couple of days as I think that will really help me work on getting things used up.

Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    6. Mitchum advanced 48HR protection Deo
WDBA - a HG product that keeps me feeling fresh.

    7. Givenchy Very Irresistible Sample
nice enough but I didn't fall in love with this

    8. Nail varnishes
8 different varnishes in various states of separation thrown away. I virtually never paint my nails, and when I do it tends to be a muted pink or french manicure. If and when I do replace any of these, it would be with a better quality brand (e.g. essie) than what I have thrown away.

My fight against the samples, travel sizes and splutterers goes on!

It sounds like you didn't want those nail polishes anyway but for future don't throw away one that has separated just because of that, they mix back together and are fine to use, I have polishes that are over 10 years old and they are totally fine.

Welcome back kiplingmonkey - I remember you and your sock monkeys well.

    I have some uu's

Elemis Frangipani Monoi Shower Gel 50ml - WBA, I love this but it would have to be on a good deal.

Elemis Skin Nourishing Body Lotion 50ml - I would happily use this again as it is lovely but wouldn't pay Elemis prices for it.

I repainted my nails last night, did my toes in Avon Gunmetal and fingers in Maybelline Divine Wine, the Seche is making my manicures last about 5 days now.

I have a TA. I hate throwing things away but with this I just had to:

Benefit BadGal Mascara - this is a GWP size and imo this is a bad, bad mascara. The brush it too big and fat, the mascara itself does nothing, it doesn't volumise, lengthen or separate, after a couple of hours it makes my eyes sting and it gives the worst panda eyes ever, within just a couple of hours.

Rimmel lash maxx mascarsa. - could not get on with the lasg brush, tried for 2 weeks but no. WNBA
Clinique mascara & lipgloss duo 2g/2.3ml black/air kiss - quite old, lip gloss has seperted due to being in my bag and then above a radiator, yeuk. WNBA GWP
Model Co lipgloss berry pink - lip gloss has seperted due to being in my bag and then above a radiator, yeuk. Like the colour, WMBA GWP
