Hi all
Im currently trying to uninstall ABBYY finereader from my laptop as ive been told that can be the reason my microsoft office is working but whenever i try to uninstall it it keeps wanting me to put in the disc if came off. i have no idea what disc it came from or where it could be
is there another way of uninstaling please as i need my office to work asap?

You could try Revo Uninstaller. It's free and does a very good job. Then perhaps run Ccleaner and Malwarebytes, also free editions. :cool:

Have you tried going to control panel, the programs and features, and uninstalling from there ?
It sounds like you might be trying to use the uninstaller that is listed in the program directory - that requires the install disk (bizarrely enough)
